Funhouse Comedy Club returns to the Century Theatre, Coalville for a night full of laughter, as part of The Leicester Comedy Festival.
Topping the bill is the animated Sean Heydon, one of the country’s premier comedy magicians, who has appeared on various TV shows, including Britain’s Got Talent where he got a unanimous 4 yesses from the judges and Channel 4’s Paul O’Grady Show, as the resident illusionist. With his unique style, he captivates the crowds, often receiving standing ovations.
Opening the night will be Presenter, Broadcaster, Writer, Actor and Comedian Ian Stone. An International comedian, including performing for the troops, he has made numerous TV and Radio appearances including ‘Mock The Week’, ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’ and ‘Saturday Live’. He wrote for ‘The Omid Djalili show’ on BBC1, ‘The Sketch Show’ on ITV and ‘Alistair McGowan’s Big Impression’ on BBC 1. Audiences can’t get enough of his edgy and challenging approach, which is supported by a relaxed and excusatory manner.
Completing the line-up is Samantha Day who has been described as “The real deal, a fresh voice tempered by a life full of square peg experiences”.
Compere for the night will be the quick-witted, likeable Paul Revill.
