This class is for anyone who wants to move and express themselves physically! We will be using movement techniques from physical theatre practitioners and also less traditionally drama based principles and methods.
Each week we will be exploring the elements!
Looking at characters, text, improvisation and movements based around each element.

Lauren Nicole Whitter is a physical theatre artist, clown, poet, teacher and lecturer.
Born in Sheffield but growing up in the East Midlands, Lauren found a love of theatre which took her to complete a Drama degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. There, she discovered a love for physical theatre and started to create her own work looking at themes close to her heart.
